Accommodation Villages
QANTAC currently has accommodation vacancies in the following Villages.
Rosewood Village – Blackwater QLD
In line with Queensland Government guidelines, rooms are available at Rosewood Workers' Village, Blackwater, for low-moderate income households.
Up to 40 'donger-style' single person rooms are available with weekly rents starting at $200.62. Eligibility will depend on the applicants income (proof required). Rental calculations will be updated in accordance with government figures for median household income in Central Highlands Regional Council area (CHRC) and the Queensland wage price index. Other eligibility criteria are: not working in the resources sector; living in CHRC now or within 3 months; employed by a business or retired in CHRC; and do not own or rent in CHRC.
Each lockable room contains: A bed (single), air-conditioning, TV, bar fridge and shower/toilet. A vehicle space per room is available on site
